Magneat – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are carefully handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship across Canada and the United States.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Local delivery or pickup (if available): within 1–2 days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). Some small items, such as single magnets or pins, may ship through untracked letter mail to keep shipping costs low.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use Canada Post and may occasionally use UPS or Purolator, depending on your location and delivery speed.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@magneat.ca. We will do our best to help locate the shipment.
However, once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Magneat cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be replaced or refunded.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@magneat.ca. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly.

Local Pickup (Optional)
If you are located in London, Ontario, you may choose local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.
