🔁 Returns

We accept returns for non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are often custom-made (such as personalized magnets, decals, or pins), these items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or we made an error in the design.

💬 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
Include your order number and clear photos so we can review and replace or refund your item.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
